Jennifer Rupp appointed Assistant Professor
The Department of Materials is happy to announce that on May 23/24, the Board of the Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology has appointed Jennifer Rupp as an Assistant Professor (SNF) of Electrochemical Materials.
Jennifer Rupp, currently senior scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, USA, obtained her doctorate from ETH Zurich. She researches electric and dielectric properties of complex metal oxides in the form of thin films with potential application for data storage in fuel cells or in miniaturised switching elements. Dr. Rupp will take up office in August 2012.
