Prof. Dr. Manfred Fiebig (*1965), currently Full Professor at the University in Bonn, Germany, was appointed Full Professor of Multifunctional Ferroic Materials and Prof. Dr. Kazimierz Conder adjunct professor of the ETH Zurich.
Prof. Dr. Joachim Meissner, 1929-2011
Prof. Dr. Joachim Meissner died on January 7, 2011 in his 82nd year. He was elected in 1974 as full professor of Polymer Physics at ETH Zurich and was active in this sector until his retirement in 1996.
