Rules
General Rules
- stick to the booked times
- don't book too much time in advance
- cancel the booking if you no longer require the room
- recycle PET, aluminium and glass bottles yourself; they won't be removed by the cleaners
- if you have any parties you must clean up the room yourself; the cleaners won't do this for you
- don't remove the markers, pens and chalk
- return the tables and chairs to their original layout
- don't remove any chairs
- the multimedia cabinets and rooms must be closed and locked after use
- don't use plant pots as ash trays; there are ash trays on the balcony
- please report any repair requirements as soon as possible to
Roof Terrace Rules
In addition to the general rules the following applies as well:
- Only available for members of D-MATL. There is a terrace on the 2nd finger roof of the HCI building which is open to the public and can be booked at the Infocenter.
- There are no lights on the terrace, therefore it cannot be used at night for security reasons.
- The ETH Security group has to be informed if events are planned byond normal working hours.
